These are some heart cookies I made for Cara's 2nd grade class for Valentine's Day.
I tinted some cookie dough pink, rolled it out, and cut them into hearts. The writing on the cookies is not icing, but it is done with cookie dough that I thinned a bit, colored darker, and then piped out onto the cookies before I baked them. The kids enjoyed having a cookie with their name on it.
