I made this Care Bear Cloud Castle cake with a little fondant Cheer Bear standing out front for my daughter, Carissa's, 4th birthday.

| My mom found these cute little Care Bear candles. When you light the candle it looks like you've lit a candle on the cupcake they're holding. Cute! |
