Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry Cake - May 2015

My nephew Monty was in town visiting us close to his birthday; so I made him this chocolate ganache and raspberry cake to celebrate.

Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes - March 2014

These are chocolate raspberry cupcakes.  After I made the Switchfoot themed cupcakes (you can see the post here) I had extra chocolate ganache and raspberry sauce leftover.  So, a few days later I made another batch of chocolate cupcakes so my family and friends could have some to enjoy.

I made mini cupcakes and regular cupcakes.
