My daughter, Cara, wanted to have a horse theme for her birthday party. So, I made these horse cupcakes for her to celebrate her birthday with her 5th grade class at school.
After I baked and cooled the cupcakes completely, I iced them with vanilla buttercream icing. Then, I put some chocolate buttercream in a piping bag and piped the horses on freehand.
Cara really liked the cupcakes, and she enjoyed sharing them with her class and teachers.
