Golf Ball Cheesecake Balls - June 2011

I made these golf ball cheesecake balls for my brother-in-law, Josh's, birthday.

Most of them I made vanilla so they would be white like most golf balls, but I couldn't resist making some chocolate ones too.  :)

More details to come... but for now... to make these cheesecake balls I basically followed the instructions found on Bakerella's site for her cheesecake pops.  Mine just ended up being golf balls instead of pops.  :)

[Right now I'm just trying to get everything on the blog, then I'll go back and fill in details; you can read a little longer explanation here if you want. BUT if you have any questions in the meantime, in general or about these cheesecake balls, please feel free to email me by clicking on the 'Contact Me' tab at the top of the page and using the email address found there, and I will try to get back with you as soon as possible. Or you can always ask questions or leave a comment about these cheesecake balls by clicking the comments link at the end of this post.  :)]

  1. How did you create the pattern on the outside of the cheesecake pop? Some type of chocolate mold? These are great!

    1. Anonymous - Thanks! :) Yes, the pattern on the outside was creating by using a plastic golf ball chocolate (or candy) mold. There were about 8 spaces in the mold shaped like 1/2 of a golf ball.

  2. Never made a public comment, but in addition to these looking great- the taste of them made them worth fighting over.
